working principle
YA series vibrating screen is mainly composed of screen box, screen mesh, vibrator, damping spring device, base and so on.
The motor makes the eccentric mass of the exciter rotate through the V-belt. The remotely rotating eccentric block produces a large centrifugal force, which stimulates the screen box to produce a circular motion with a certain amplitude. The sun-dried material on the inclined screen surface is subjected to the shower from the screen box to produce continuous throwing motion, and the material meets the screen surface.
