Working principle
The working mode of this series of crushers is curved extrusion type. Its working principle is: the motor drives the belt and pulley, and the movable jaw moves up and down through the eccentric shaft. The movable jaw is pushed closer to the fixed jaw, and the material is crushed or smashed at the same time to achieve the purpose of crushing; when the movable jaw goes down, the angle between the toggle and the movable jaw becomes smaller, the movable jaw is on the pull rod, and the action of the spring And leave the fixed jaw. At this time, the crushed materials are discharged from the lower mouth of the crushing cavity. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the crushing motor jaw makes periodic movement to crush and discharge materials, realizing mass production.
